About

For years, I struggled with persistent acne and gut issues and was often told there was nothing I could do about them. Like many people in my situation, I was prescribed medication after medication—spironolactone, antibiotics, birth control, Accutane—but the problem never truly went away.
Eventually, I discovered podcasts and videos about holistic health, and something about it deeply resonated with me. I became curious and started learning how nutrition, gut health, and lifestyle habits can impact the body.
When I decided to stop taking the medications, my acne returned worse than ever. It was frustrating, but I didn’t want to go back to the same cycle of prescriptions. I began exploring holistic and functional medicine and worked with a practitioner who taught me how to support my body from within.
Over time, as I nourished my body and focused on gut health, my skin began to heal. That experience completely changed the way I saw health and sparked a passion for learning about nutrition and wellness.
I eventually became a certified holistic health coach and left my engineering career to help women feel their best through simple, sustainable lifestyle changes. My approach focuses on nourishing the body with whole foods, supporting balanced lifestyle habits, and creating daily routines that improve energy, digestion, sleep, and overall well-being. Health shouldn’t feel restrictive or overwhelming—it should feel natural, balanced, and supportive of your life.
Because when we begin supporting the body at the root, true healing becomes possible—and sustainable.
